En el año 1986 llegó Don Arturo Santana a la cuidad de Yucca Valley a buscar un lugar para poner un restauran para ofrecerles su comida autentica “Mexican Food”. El fue el inventor del famoso California burrito, y en el año de 1996 Don Arturo Santana vendió el lugar a Arturo Castañeda y fue él quién abrió las 24hrs. para darle mejor servicio a la ciudad de Yucca Valley.

Debido a la gran demanda de la cuidad se decidió abrir un lugar en 29 Palms ya que la gente gustaba mucho de la comida de Santanas Mexican Food. En el 2002 abrió otro restauran en la cuidad de Sun City, siendo del total agrado de la gente. En el año 2005 abrió otro restaurante en la cuidad de Joshua Tree ya que no había ningún restaurante Santanas Mexican Food. En el 2006 abrió otro restaurante en Chula Vista, en el que la gente dio muchos comentarios de que les encantaba la comida.

El más reciente está en  Riverside para ofrecer la comida deliciosa de Santanas Mexican Food.

In the year 1986 Don Arturo Santana in the city of Yucca Valley he was looking to open a restaurant to offer Authentic Mexican Food. He was the inventor of the famous “California Burrito”, and in the year 1996 Don Santana sold the restaurant to Arturo Castañeda and he was the one to open 24 hours to give a better service to the city of Yucca Valley.

Due to the high demand of the city, Arturo opened a second restaurant in 29 Palms. In the year 2002 he open another restaurant in the city of Sun City, being a total success. In the year 2005 Arturo decided to open another restaurant since there was no other restaurant like his in the city of Joshua Tree. In 2006 he opened another restaurant in the city of Chula Vista, in which all customers gave a lot of compliments to his food.

The most resent one is located in the city of Riverside, once again to offer the delicious Santana’s Mexican Food.
